It takes three to four weeks for manuscripts to be reviewed and the time allowed for the author to revise and resubmit is one month. In case of the need for reviewing again and considering one month for reviewing the revised manuscript, at least it takes 3 months for a manuscript to be reviewed from submission time to the final decision.
